Summary
Section is shown blank in Designer Studio when user is opening from live UI.When user is opening the same rule from designer studio also the section is blank and user is able to open the same rule in lower ruleset versions.

Steps to Reproduce
Open a section rule from the search bar in the designer studio.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
The rule form got corrupted, hence might be facing the issue.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
After Re-saving the rule form in higher ruleset version, issue got resolved.
