Select All checkbox is selected automatically

Summary



Clicking the Select All checkbox selects all the records on a page. However, intermittently, records in all the pages are selected. This occurs despite installing HFix-45010.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure a grid.
  2. Insert a checkbox column with the Select All checkbox in the header of the grid.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:
  1. Insert the Select All checkbox in the header in a separate section.
  2. Include this section in the grid.
