Select All / Deselect All options missing from Report Definition

Summary
In PRPC 6, when the 'Pick Values' popup window from the filter in a listview report is selected, it shows "Select All/Deselect All" options.
In Pega 7.2.1, because listviews are deprecated, this report was converted from a listview to a report definition. However now in the same popup window to select values, there are no "Select All" or "Deselect All" options.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open a report definition.
2. Go to Edit Report > Edit Filter > Select Values and inspect the popup window.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-22996, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
