Selected tag from autocomplete is not added to the case

Summary
On selecting a tag from the Autocomplete control and adding it, the tag is not added to the case. Instead, the tag listed below the selected tag in the control is added.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the Manager portal and create a case
- Navigate to Actions and select Tags
- Use the Autocomplete control to select values
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
