Setting "levels" greater than 1 for breadcrumb is not working

SA-37569

Summary

When using the “RULE-OBJ-HTML WORK- FORMNAVIGATION7” rule to configure a "TREE" layout for showing breadcrumbs in screen flows, it does not work for more than one level of nested screen flows even though user has provided “Levels” > 1.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use several layers of screen flows that include survey question shapes.
  2. Edit the NestedTabbedNavigation rule to specify "levels" greater than 1 and childNodeLocation set to "TREE".
  3. Run the flow and observe the "levels" parameter is not affecting the result.

Root Cause

The parameter is only relevant for the breadcrumb style of "BELOW" and is not used for style "TREE".

Resolution

For the "levels" parameter to be relevant, set the childNodeLocation parameter to "BELOW" instead of "TREE" or "EMBED".
