Show-Harness method does not work in Pega 7.3.1

Summary
Popup does not display when using the Show-Harness method in an activity and running the method. Additionally, on invoking and running the pxRetrieveReportData or pxShowReport methods from an activity, the harness does not display from the report definition as results.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a harness with a few sections containing one or two cells to input data.
- Create an activity and Call Show-Harness method. Provide the harness details to be displayed.
- Create another harness with a section having a cell as a link. In the Action Set, provide the activity name.
- Click the link.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design. The report definition is not displayed in the UI.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
For the parameterized value, refer to the property directly. Do not refer to the parameter.
