Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Correspondence.
- Enable the Tickler.
- Preview and send the Correspondence.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Ticklers are not processed due to a case lock issue.
Resolution
Apply HFix-55975.
