Size of radio button options and repeat Grid labels appearing in smaller font for Accessibility View.

Steps to Reproduce

Create Ui component with radio button and/or repeat grid.
Login with Accessibility User and view the section.

Root Cause

User has generated a css file for the portal and the css contains 

.rb_standard{
font - size : 8pt;
} 

This was overriding the font-size : 13px(which is equivalent to 10pt)  from  pyEndUser_71.

Resolution

Requested User to update the css with the style set to 
.rb_standard{
font - size : 10pt; or 13px
}
