Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a section.
2. Add repeating grid with source as page list.
3. Add smart info on hover on dynamic data.

Root Cause

Smartinfo does not get shown for basic input controls like text input, text area, checkbox, and user has made use of the control in that fashion.

Resolution

Change the type from textarea to formatted text.
