SmartInfo on Listview does not close automatically in Pega 7

Summary
Smart Info pop-up window does not close even if the focus is removed.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a ListView with SmartInfo enabled.
- Include it inside a portal.
- Launch the portal and hover on any row.
- Click Row to open it in another tab, smartinfo displays on that tab as well.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
The problem is due to delay in server response.
The issue is sporadic in nature, so you can use a Close button to close the tab.
Resolution
This issue is resolved using the following local change:
Include the standard section @baseclass.SmartInfoClickable inside the section displayed on hover.
This adds a close box to the smartinfo pop-up.
