1) Execute SOAP Connector
2) Microsoft Exchange Web Service is being used to process SOAP requestRoot Cause
Reported issue was due to a defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. Exchange Web Service was returning fault code internal server error randomly.

Resolution
Fault details in tracer confirms that reported issue was caused due to Exchange Web Service. Advised administrator to consult their Microsoft Exchange Web service team to examine the issue and help them resolve the issue with their service.
