Some tabs not displaying on selection of Reason Code 4860

If customer selects reason code 4860 some of the the tabbed sections are not displaying.

Steps to Reproduce



Create MC case.In determine Reason code screen select 4860 reason code. Some tabs in pyWorkdetails are not getting displayed.

Root Cause



Issue with ImproperUse4860 HTML rule.

Resolution


 

Updated the ImproperUse4860 HTML rule to remove the table border of cellspacing and cellpadding to make the alignment proper.

Removed below tags.

<table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

</table>
