Sort icon issue with Virtual Grid and dynamic column

Summary
Sorting on a virtual report definition grid where the sort icon does not change, after a user clicks on a column to change the sort.
This occurs only when the grid contains dynamic and static columns.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Setup a grid to be dynamically generated.
2. Make it a virtual grid by specifying a virtual report definition. In the grid, include a combination of dynamic and static columns.
3. Run the section and try to sort the grid. The icon does not change after clicking on the column to sort, but the data is updated correctly.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in update release Pega 7.1.8.
