Steps to Reproduce
- Create a sectionand include a table which has a data page as the source.
- Enable the Allow optimize code checkbox in the Presentation tab of the table to configure the table for personalization.
- Enable the Save personalization automatically checkbox
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
When the 'Allow optimize code' and the 'Save personalization automatically' checkboxes are selected, the system saved the sorting configuration automatically for that operator. This is a feature of the Pega optimized grid. Thus, the last sorted order displayed in the grid.
