Special German Characters not supported in Bulk Transfer

Summary
In the bulk transfer screen,when the user is trying to select a workbasket to transfer the work objects,he could not see any assignments,though it have.
The issue is with specialcharacter in the workbasketname.
Error Messages
No error message on screen, but a section is rendered where the total assignments in that WB is displayed as 0( as WB name is incorrectly passed).
Steps to Reproduce
1. Log in to the application as Business Administrator ([email protected])
2. Open Administrator Tab
3. Expand Bulk Processing Section
4. Select First Option (Transfer Work From)
5. Select a workbasket having Special German Characters (eg: A: Primärmultiplex Anschluss)
6. A section opens up displaying No Assignments/Items (But in actual this WB has assignments, confirmed from other functionality).
Resolution
This is the Expected behaviour.The documentation says that special characters are not allowed in the workbasket names.
Workbasket name must begin with a letter and use only letter, digit, ampersand, dash, @ sign and period characters.
