Specifications linked with Flow Actions do not display

Summary
On linking specifications with implemented Flow Actions, the linked specifications do not display on the Specification linking page.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a Flow Action
- Navigate to Specifications
- Link a specification with the Flow Action
- Perform a Refresh. The link exists in the database but does not display on the Specification page of the Flow Action
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-44723.
