Spell checker not working as expected on Chrome

Summary
Spell checker is working fine on IE, but is not working as expected on Chrome.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Harness
2. Create a Section
3. Create a text field and use Rich Text Editor as Control
4. Execute and type grammatically incorrect text into the text field
5. Press Spell checker icon in the control bar
6. Spell checker detects the misspelled words, but when selecting the desired suggestion, this is not set back in the text for the misspelled word.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-22071.
