Spinning Wheel/ Hourglass not observed on HFix-903

Summary
After migrating to CFS 6.8 Non - Browser Agnostic (BA), the spinning wheel or hour glass, which denotes that processing is carried out, does not display on first click of button or on switching between tabs.
However, on clicking second time, the spinning wheel was observed.
On applying HFix-903, the spinning wheel is not observed on first click nor on the second click. Additionally, on Non-BA FS 6.8 the hourglass was observed on click of radio button and same is not observed on HF-903.

Steps to Reproduce
Click any link or switch between tabs while background process is carried out. The cursor does not display spinning wheel or hourglass which denotes processing.
Root Cause
User agent for IE11 displays as "mozilla/5.0 (windows nt 6.1; wow64; trident/7.0; slcc2; .net clr 2.0.50727; .net clr 3.5.30729; .net clr 3.0.30729; media center pc 6.0; .net4.0c; .net4.0e; rv:11.0) like gecko" and for this reason code, execution takes a different patch.
Resolution
Apply the solutions proposed for the BUGs in TRINIDAD-2525 and TRINIDAD-2523.
