SSO Integration with OKTA

Summary



On setting the Authentication Service to integrate with OKTA, the browser returns the request to OKTA and then to Pega. This results in an infinite loop.

Log in to the application from the OKTA URL


Root Cause



The third party software was not configured correctly.


Resolution



Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

In OKTA configuration, Single Sign On URL is given the Pega Assertion Consumer URL
