Stop Agent and it can't be started



Error occurs when starting a stopped System Pulse agent.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to System Management Application (SMA).
  2. Start the stopped agent.

Root Cause

The node's cache was not in sync with the database.


As a local-change, clear the Temp folder and restart the agent.
