Steps to Reproduce
Run the application in Windows 10 Internet Explorer 11 browser.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The pyIsTablet When rule fetches value from the User-Agent string. Windows10 Internet Explorer 11 browser User-Agent string has a value as 'Touch'. Detecting 'Touch' in the pyIsTablet User-Agent string is calculated to true and all styles related to the tablet are applied.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the pxDeviceType != "Desktop" condition in the pyIsTablet When rule. This evaluates the When rule to false.
