Sub cases displaying incorrectly on CLM navigation screen.

Summary
Sub cases of the same case type are displaying in multiple stages within the CLM case navigation. They should only display in the stage where they were initiated from.

Steps to Reproduce
- Setup a case type that has 2 stages
- Setup 2 flows that create sub cases of the same case type.
- Add one flow to one stage and one flow to the other stage.
- Create a new case.
- Complete each stage.
The stage where the sub case is initiated from should be the location of where the sub case is displayed.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Corrected When condition(14.3.1) in the NavigationSummary activity as part of hotfix.
