Submit Keyword in Drilldown reports

Summary
In drilldown reports, when user click on any row in parent report, 'submit' keyword is visible for some time and then child report gets opened.

- Create drilldown reporting
- Click on row in parent report
- Submit Keyword will be visible before opening another report

A defect or configuration issue in Pega Rules.
