Summary view report rule is deleted on check-in and check-out

Summary
On check-in or check-out of the summary view rule, it corrupts .
When trying to run the rule, an exception is generated.
Error Messages
** Failed to find a 'RULE-EDIT-INPUT' with the name ''; no rules with this name were found in the rulebase. while executing the report rule .
Steps to Reproduce
1. Check-out the summary view rule which is running correctly, do not make any change to code.
2. Run it from Developer portal. Exception is observed.
3. Check in the report rule which is working correctly.
4. Run the rule after check-in. Exception is observed.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. When a summary view is configured with Trend reporting which includes an expression, the exception is generated.
Resolution
Apply HFix-24643.
