Supervisor dashboard view tabs are difficult to read



Tabs on the dashboard view of the Manager Portal are not filled with any color so the text is difficult to read. For example, when launching the Bulk Actions operation, this is what the tab looks like.

Steps to Reproduce

Login to Case Manager Portal and view the different tabs present.

Root Cause

This application was using the Financial Services Industry Foundation (FSIF). A customized version of this skin was applied which had a transparent background set in the CSS via the skin. 


This issue is resolved through the following local change:

Switch to an OOTB Skin which does not have this issue OR modify you custom skin to remove the transparency as follows:

In the skin rules, modify the Tab Header.

Scroll down to the "Custom Inactive Background" section and change the color from transparent to something more of your liking.
Here is an example of the effect at run time.
