System defaulting condition code values for messages to VROL
System is defaulting the values for condition codes after submitting the Visa "Initiate Reason Code Advisor" screen. Due to this issue, multiple condition codes are setting in Visa Resolve Online (VROL) for a particular reason code.
The issue happened for Reason Code 77.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a case on a Visa transaction and select Reason Code 77 condition code 1 on the "Initiate Reason Code Advisor" screen.
- After submit, the activity "SetupQuestions" sets the value for the ancillary questions property for condition code 2.
- Once the message to VROL is passed, the chargeback transaction shows both the condition codes.
