System displays the incorrect Product Bulk Renewal category.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click Process Entities on the Navigation panel.
  2. Click the Renew option. 
  3. Click the Create Bulk Renewal dropdown and select the Product option. 
  4. Click the Add Products button. Search and add a product which has a category of Pharmacy. 
  5. Click the Submit button. 
  6. Enter below details,
    • Stage: Implementation
    • Effective Date: <<current date>> 
    • End Date: 
    • Renew Version Note:
  7. Click the Validate button. 
  8. Click the Submit button. 
  9. Log in to the system as a Manager with valid credentials. 
  10. Select Bulk Renew Approval work basket from the Work queues. 
  11. Click and open the bulk renewal case record.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
