System displays a modal window without close button

Summary

System displays a modal dialog without close button, when trying to open the hyperlink it shows the Work Party.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create any WorkObject.
2) Scroll down to view "Work parties"section on the right hand bottom corner .
3) Click on any link.
4) A pop up displays ,displaying the details of user, without close button.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.

The modal dialog launched is using pyGridModalTemplate of PegaFS:07-11-01, which doesn't have close button in its layout.

Resolution

This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:

You must perform a Save-As of pyGridModalTemplate in Pega-UIEngine which has close button into User's Ruleset.
