Summary

System is getting hanged upon clicking Manage Documents link and user was not able to proceed further.

Error Messages

Upon clicking Manage Documents browser is hanged.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into FSIF application using fsifsysadmin/install
2. Launch "Case Manager 7" portal.
3. Create "Apply for Personal Loan" case.
4. Enter "Ryan" in full name field.
5. Click on "Service customer" link.
6. Navigate till "Satisfy Requirements" by clicking on "Next" button.
7. Click on "RQ-_ _" link
8. Now click on "Manage Documents" and observe that browser will hang.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:
System is getting hanged upon clicking Manage Documents link and user was not able to proceed further.

Resolution

HFix-25620 is provided where 'Section rule AttachFileBrowseMultiOptionsCMIS under Data-WorkAttach-File has been updated to fix the issue.

​Mandatory check box on pxAttachName property was causing the issue. Instead validate rule has been configured in the post action to validate the same.'
