Steps to Reproduce

1. Run update.sh (Went well without error. Used same schema for rules and data.)
2. Remove old ear and put in new ear (Tried both prpc_wls_jee4, prpc_j2ee14).
3. Clean all folders (for example, cache and tmp folders.)
4. Start the server.

Root Cause

Codeset version in databasesetup.properties file was set to 07-10-11, instead of the correct version which is 07-10-13.

Resolution

Re-run upgrade setting the correct code version 07-10-13 for Pega 7.1.6 update.
