Tab name displays as 'Opening..' while opening any rule

Summary
While opening any rule, the tab name displays as 'Opening...' and not the actual name of the rule. However, the rule opens. This occurs post Pega 7.4 update.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
- Update from Pega 7.1.8 to Pega 7.4
- Open any rule. The tab name displays as 'Opening...' and not the actual name of the rule
Root Cause
The .isSafeToAskParent() function in pega_desktop_support.js file returned false.
Resolution
Apply HFix-43935.
