Tabs do not auto refresh when navigating between tabs

When navigating between tabs in a Tab group, the tabs do not auto refresh.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a tab group where the tabs reference harnesses. This is the default state for an updated Work Area contrrol.
- Navigate to a case and return to the tab. The tab does not refresh.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
The Tab group control does not support the Auto Refresh functionality when the tab references a harness.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
In Tab Group control, Auto Refresh is supported only when the tab referenced a section. To upgrade the work area control, refer to, https://pdn.pega.com/upgrading-work-area-controls-dynamic-containers
Drag a section into the Tab group and configure it to reference the new sections. The section version of the configuration now includes the 'Refresh when active' setting.
