Summary
Task name and flow name are not localized. getHistoryItemSmartInfo Activity does a show stream, but does not use the localized version of task name and flow name in prior property set step.

Run the getHistoryItemSmartInfo activity.
Root Cause
The pyCaption does not have the localized code in default control.
Resolution
Apply HFIx-27713.
