Text is removed in an email address with special characters

Summary
The pyFrom email address with special characters like ' or & is removed and only the text after the special characters is stored in the property on the Service email page.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure an Email Listener
- Send an email from an ID containing ' or & . The pyFrom property of ServicePage holds only the remaining content of the email after special character and the prefixed part is removed. This also occurs with an email ID containing '&"
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Resolution
This issue was reported as a bug to be remediated in Pega 8.2.1 and Pega 8.3 patch releases.
