Text areas conditionally marked Required are always marked Required for accessible users, irrespective of the condition evaluation.

  1. Configure a text area and set the Required condition for it
  2. Test with a non-accessible user


  3. Test with an accessible user

Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The pzGenerateLabelCellContent must be corrected for the style attribute of 'Display None' for accessibility with the required condition expressions.

Apply HFix-37322
