Thread dumps and JVM crash post migration

Summary
Post migrating the application from PPRPC 5.5 SP1 to Pega 7.1.8, and after starting the servers, JVM is getting crashed.
Following are the deployment specifications:
Server: WebSphere 7
DB : SQL Server 2008 R2
OS :AIX
Error Messages
Error in the log files. Javacore dump file shows reference to elasticsearch class.
Steps to Reproduce
Migrate from PRPC 5.5 SP1 to Pega 7.1.8.
- Websphere 7.0.0.17
- SQL Server 2008 R2
- AIX
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment Issues with Websphere version prior to 7.0.0.25, refer section Known Issues on JVM in:

Resolution
After upgrading the boxes from WebSphere 7.0.0.17 to 7.0.0.33, this issue is resolved.
