Thread dumps generated on uploading a large file

Thread dumps are generated on uploading a large file on the pySaveFileContent and the system stops working at the pyCreateDocument step. This occurs when Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS) is used to upload documents to the EMC Documentum.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure CMIS to upload documents to the EMC Documentum.
  2. Upload a file greater than 25 MB to EMC Documentum through CMIS connect.

Root Cause

Accelerated Content service (ACS) was enabled on the EMC Documentum.

As a local-change, disable ACS in the EMC Documentum.
