Timezone does not display when exporting to PDF or Excel

DateTime value with timezone does not display when exporting to PDF or Excel.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a grid using report definition that contains custom format for date that includes timezone.
- Add a button on the grid.
- Invoke the 'pega.report.commandribbon.exporttopdf' JavaScript function. This initiates the Export to PDF feature. The timezone displays when the grid is run, however, it does not display in the PDF.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
When the report grid was created, pxDateTime control properties were not merged correctly and the pyFormatType property was missing. Due to the missing property, custom date formatting code was not invoked. Therefore, the timezone was not appended to the DateTime during export to Excel or PDF.
Resolution
Apply HFix-44249.
