  2. Execute the Toggle Accessibility Inspector.

Root Cause

This behavior is as per Pega product  design.

Resolution

Here's the explanation for the reported behavior:

The Accessibility tool is based onSsemantic HTML. The quick win in Semantic HTML is to use a structure of headings and paragraphs for the content. This is because, screen reader users tend to use the headings of a document as SignPosts to locate the required content. This definitive structure is enforced by the tool.

In this use case, most of the OOTB sections use dynamic layouts which do not have a header. The semantic HTML structure enforces the use of headers for these layouts. However, adding a header for each of the dynamic layouts is cumbersome and is not required when the content in the layout has definitive tags and labels. Hence, these are warnings which can be ignored. The custom sections which contains dynamic layouts without headers display a warning. This is not specific to only the out-of-the-box sections.
