Tooltip incorrect for Work queues section of SD dashboard

Summary
The tooltip for the "Work queues" section on the dashboard has the incorrect text. It says "Click here to see all members" instead of "Click here to see all queues".

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Case Manager 7 portal.
- On Dashboard, hover over the "See all" link in the "Work queues" section.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: The tooltip is hardcoded with the text "Click here to see all members".
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-22863, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
