Root Cause



The display for top 10 Exceptions is driven by exception work objects. These need to have an urgency greater than zero to display in the top 10 Exceptions report on the dashboard.

Resolution



Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

There were no work objects for exceptions that had urgency greater than zero for that particular system.
