Tracer is not working

Summary
When you disable reverse proxy settings Tracer window displays an error.

Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFIX-20760. The patch changes the URL's used for getting the tracer data to use relative path instead of full URL's.
HFix-10239 was initially provided but contained an incorrect version of RULE-HTML-FRAGMENT TRACERTRACEGENERALSCRIPTS #20141024T112930.445 GMT/ Pega-Desktop:06-03-15
