Transaction time dropdown in Acquirer displays an invalid value

Summary
Transaction time field in the "Represent Acquirer Screen" is displaying invalid values and allowing user to select 24:60 which is an invalid value.
Ideally these fields must contain only "23" hours and "59" mins to select any timing without any validation issues.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Visa case in Acquirer application.
- Chargeback the case with RC 90, CC 1-a.
- In the Represent Acquirer Screen, Transaction time is displaying the values mentioned above (24:60).
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. This issue is because of having values 24 and 60 in the table values of text properties,that is, hours and minutes respectively.
Resolution
The issue is resolved by HFix-21640_61.
