TTL for pxDecisionResults not enforced correctly

Summary



A decision strategy is configured to store results for 1 hour (3600 second) time to live (TTL). When reviewing the pxDecisionResults, dataset records do not expire according to the setting.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run a service which stores the result in a dataset configured with a TTL of 3600 seconds.
  2. Wait for more than an hour.
  3. Read a dataset through a data flow. The records are still present.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution



Apply HFix-43364.
