Two assignments are created on closing Add document

Summary
Smart Investigate for Payments 7.31 is installed on Pega 7.31.
On closing the Add document on the 'Complete message and submit' screen, the following two assignments are created instead of one.
- Create Adjustment
- Create Correspondence

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Adjustment.
- Add a document.
- Close the assignment on the 'Complete message and submit' screen.
- Reopen the assignment. Two assignments (Create Adjustment and Create Correspondence) display.
- Complete the Create Adjustment step. The Create correspondence assignment is still visible.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-51715.
