UI elements are getting wrapped upon reducing the screen size

Summary
We are using PEGA 7.1.6 and having an UI related issue.
Whenever we are reducing (minimizing) the screen size, the elements in the screen are getting wrapped. Business users need elements to be fit in one line.
Error Messages
NA
Steps to Reproduce
1. Open Case manager portal
2. search and open a project case
3. check the UI
4. Minimize the screen
5. Check the UI again
Root Cause
Default behaviour of the dynamic layouts to adjust the size according to browser window.
Resolution
Break points can control responsiveness of the layouts.
