Unable to able to upload application file using prdbutil

Summary
User was unable to see the preupgrade.jar file in the drop down under prdbutil for import.
Error Messages
No error messages reported.
Steps to Reproduce
Run prdbutil and load the file.
Root Cause
User has missed out step# 3 under the section "Use prdbutil.war to import the preupgrade.jar" mentioned in the documentation and has not clicked "Upload Application Files" in the Utilities section for uploading the preupgrade.jar file.
Resolution
Issue was resolved after user uploaded the preupgrade.jar file using "Upload Application Files" page in prdbutil application.
