Unable to add an embedded section in a section

Summary
Customer Service 7.1.3 was used on Pega 7.1.7. A section was created with dynamic layouts, but it cannot be modified after adding few embedded layouts. The issue occurred in Internet Explorer.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section.
- Add a layout or section inside embedded layout or sections.
- Save it.
- Try modifying the section by adding more layouts or sections.
Root Cause
Reported issues were because of references to the old skin.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Refer to the new skin. Open Access Group > Custom Portal > Refer to Other Skin > Provide the New Skin Name. An example is given below:
