Steps to Reproduce
- Kick off rebuilding for work indexes
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the operating environment.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by making the following change to the operating environment:
updated the Oracle jdbc driver version from 11.2.0.2.0 to 12.1.0.1.0 to match Oracle database version & it fixed the problem.
