Unable to change the stage of a case



For some user stories in Pega Agile Studio, error occurs on clicking Complete stage. Hence, unable to resolve the case.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a User Story.
  2. Click Complete stage.

Root Cause

The error occured because some user stories were not converted to stage based.

For more information on converting Story work items to stage based, refer to:


Perform the following local-change:
  1. Open and execute the ConvertSpecificIDsToStageBased activity.
  2. Provide the User Story work ID (for example, US-782).
  3. Navigate to the User Story and refresh the story.
  4. Repeat the above steps for all user stories for which error occurs.
